The Hely Weber Universal Wrist Orthosis #439 provides a great fitting wrist splint design that delivers both comfort and effective support. It’s constructed of comfortable orthopedic felt laminated to a brushed nylon exterior for durability. The product features a movable stay pod on top (the dorsal side) so that the wearer can literally remove and relocate the stay on top for a more customized fit.
It can also be removed entirely for more of a step down approach to the rehabilitation program as the patient’s injury continues to improve. The Universal Wrist Orthosis is available in two versions: Model #438 is a shorter 8″ length version with two hook and loop closure straps, while the #439 model is 10″ long version and features three closure straps on top. Both styles provide effective immobilization with the ability to customize the fit according to the patient’s needs. Suitable for sprains/strains, overuse injuries, tendonitis, carpal tunnel syndrome, and much more.
