Refund Policy

In case of return of a product, we follow a 30-day return policy. You will have 30 days after receiving your product to request for a return.

We will not accept the delivery of any Product which is worn or used, is without tags, or whose original packaging is damaged or tampered with in any manner. Any product which has been opened will also not be accepted. Few of the healthcare products cannot be returned as a policy. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase in the course of the return.

You can contact us at contact@medorna.com to initiate a return. If and when your return request is accepted, we will be sending you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send your product. If the items are sent back to us without first requesting a return authorization, the refund will not be processed and they will not be accepted. The return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. All refunds will be provided after deducting the shipping costs.

Defects & Damages

Upon receiving, please inspect your order thoroughly and contact us immediately if the package is damaged or defective, or if you have received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and rectify it.

Non-returnable Goods/ Exceptions

Certain types of items such as perishable goods, customized products (special orders or personalized items), and personal care products cannot be returned. Returns for hazardous materials, inflammable liquids, or gases are also not accepted. Please get in touch with us at contact@medorna.com if you have any questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we do not accept any returns on Gift Cards and Sale items.

Replacement/Exchange

If you want to ensure you get what you want, the fastest and the swiftest way is to return the item you have. Once the return is accepted, proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you as soon as we receive and inspect your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If and when approved, you will be refunded automatically on your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and deposit the refund.
